Nowshin Jahan Rupanti is an Advocate enrolled with the District & Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka, and is currently associated with The MNP Legal. She completed her LL.B. (Honours) from Stamford University Bangladesh and obtained her LL.M. degree from the University of Asia Pacific. During her academic years, she developed a strong foundation in legal research and analytical work, which continues to inform her professional practice.
At The MNP Legal, her practice focuses on land-related legal matters, including land vetting and due diligence through examination of title deeds, khatians, and related records. She is regularly involved in drafting various legal instruments such as deeds of mortgage, irrevocable powers of attorney, deeds of revocation, deeds of cancellation, and letters of undertaking. Her work also includes handling documentation and related formalities in property transactions.
Prior to joining The MNP Legal, she worked at Salam & Associates, where she assisted senior counsel in preparing plaints, written statements, time petitions, and other court-related documents. She also gained experience in handling client matters and supporting litigation procedures.
